Staff is the most primal Flow Arts tool. It's a straight stick that you hold and spin around. It has a weight at both ends. Staff is used in martial arts and traditional Hawaiin Fire Knife Dancing (like at a Luau). You can hold on to it to spin it, throw & catch it, or roll it all over your body without using your hands.
