FREE INTRO ON SUNDAYS

We offer five different Flow Arts classes -- Poi, Staff, Hoop, Meteor and Juggling Styx.

A new semester of each one will be starting January 11 in Hollywood.

You will learn the basics of Flow in your chosen tool.

That means some moves, some play, some theory, some breathing, some repetition and lots of fun.

A six week semester is starting January 11 in each of Poi, Hoop, Staff, Meteor and Juggling Styx. If, after the semester, you are feeling inspired to dance with real fire (and we deem you safe to do so), YOU CAN! We'll supervise and keep you safe. FREE professional photo is yours to keep.

Poi Sunday 2 - 3:30 pm dan

Staff Monday 6:30 - 7:30 pm Rif

The entire semester is $120. That includes a FREE daily coaching/encouraging/motivating/reminding to practice phone call if you want it. If you do not have the Flow tool of the class you've chosen, we'll sell you one special discount materials fee tool for the low low bargain basement price of only $20.

All classes are at the Hollywood Dance Center at 817 N. Highland. Between Santa Monica and Melrose.

Park in the alley behind the building or on the street -- there is always plenty of free parking in the alley or street during our class times.
